Fitness Transformation through Strength Training

Strengthen training is referred to weight training, body shaping and target toning, utilizing resistance and precise focus movements to bring about an increase in tone, definition and muscular strength and should not be confused with weight lifting or body building.

Many women are unaware of the benefits and effectiveness of strength training and only do aerobic exercises, neglecting to tone the body until certain areas either shift or sag due to muscle loss. In order for the body to become stronger and defined, the muscles have to be taxed with an overload. When muscles reach overload it causes a chemical reaction to occur within the body that causes the muscles to begin the reshaping process. Each person reshaping, muscular strength and definition process is unique due to genetics, age, level of neglect, metabolic response, nutrition, and lifestyle.

One Client Package

1) 12 sessions x $75.00 = $900.00
2) 18 sessions x $70.00 = $1,260.00 + 1 complimentary session after completion of package = $66.31 per-session
3) 24 sessions x $65.00 = $1,560.00 + 1 complimentary session after completion of package = $62.40 per-session
4) 30 sessions x $60.00 = $1,800.00 + 1 complimentary session after completion of package = $58.06 per-session

Private Fitness Payment Plan (no complimentary session)

1) 12 sessions x $75.00 = $900.00; down payment $450.00
                                              6th session balance is due; $450.00
2) 18 sessions x $70.00 = $1,260.00; down payment $420.00
                                         6th session payment due $420.00
                                            12th session balance is due $420.00
3) 24 sessions x $65.00 = $1,560.00; down payment $520.00
                                          8th session payment due $520.00
                                             16th session balance is due $520.00
4) 30 sessions x $60.00 = $1800.00; down payment $600.00
                                          10th session payment due $600.00
                                             20th session balance is due $600.00

Complimentary session only apply to clients who pay in full.
Package #4 for clients who would like to train 3 or more times per-week.
A session is one (1) hour.

$35.00 service charge on returned checks and any other fee (s) that may occur due to the returned check.

Duet and Group Private Fitness Package Prices

Fitness & Nutrition Consultation, one time fee $60.00 per-person and Fitness Assessment, one time fee $60.00 per-person.

Duet (2)  Client Package

1) 1 session x110 = $55.00 per-person

2) 8 sessions x $90.00 = $720.00 divided by 2 = $360. 00 per-person

Trio (3) Client Package

1) 1session x $130.00 = $43.33

2) 8 sessions x $110.62 = $885.00 divided by 3 = $295.00 per-person

Quartet (4) Client Package

1) 1 session x $140.00 = 37.50 per-person

2) 8 sessions x $140.00 = $1,120.00 divided by 4 = $280.00 per-person

There is no payment plan nor complimentary session available for duet and group. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Method of payment and returned check policy are the same as one client package above.
