Tone, trim and strengthen your body and muscles with my 60 minute weight training workout designed for women. It's a straight forward and easy to follow weight-training workout for beginners to advance exercisers. Working your body from the bottom up. It will challenge your body with body contouring exercises, using dumbbells and adjustable ankle weights. These exercises will strength and reshape your entire body:

  • Lift and firm your chest and buttocks.
  • Trim, tone and sculpt your arms. 
  • Slenderize your back and hips.
  • Flatten your abdomen and trim your waist.
  • Trim, tighten and tone your thighs from top to the back.

I lead a routine that will shape and sculpt your body, focusing on proper form, control pace and range of motion. You will move rhythmically, from one exercise to the next in a sequence that allows active rest, while focusing on proper form.To maximize your results, I have included my weight training guidelines and my scroll to staying fit.
